Preparation

  1. Seal off all windows, doors, and openings, using plastic sheeting, against chemical, and water penetration.

  2. Isolate all electrical devices at or near the surface to be worked on.

  3. Contain spray and run-off to EPA standard.

  4. Restrict the work area to essential personnel only.

Method

  1. Apply a specialized liquid formulation which removes decades of pollution from the brick work and mortar or tuck pointed joints.

  2. Remove the dissolved pollutants with High Pressure hot water (almost steam)

  3. Check results and repeat process where necessary.

  4. The cleaning process also removes a lot of old paint splashes, droplets, general dirt and grime that build up over the years on the surface.
